The Falcon-AID Student HelpDesk is dedicated to being the first point of contact for students seeking technical assistance addressing all technical concerns related to the college environment.
When contacting the Help Desk, you will need to have your DSC Student ID number available. If you do not know your ID number, you can look it up on your MyDaytonaState account under the Falcon Self Service-->My Profile-->General Info tab. A short video that explains how to access features on MyDaytonaState can be found on the ‘Introducing: MyDaytonaState Student Portal’ video on the MyDaytonaState InfoGuide’s homepage.
