Residents of Volusia and Flagler counties may apply for a Community Patron account by showing a valid FL Dr. License or state ID card. In lieu of this, two documents with name and address of the patron may be accepted as proof of local address. This can be car insurance documents, utility bills, or a lease. You will then be able to check out print books from the collection for 2 weeks at a time, with one renewal. Overdue fines are $.25 cents per item, per day, and your account is blocked until you pay any fines accrued at the student accounts office. You will not have access to use the computers as a Community Patron. Guest WiFi is available if you bring your laptop or mobile device.
